'Contentious' flower beds could save council £750k
Well, it seems our seafront flower beds are causing quite a stir! Eastbourne Council is currently asking for your thoughts on some new floral displays, and they're hoping it might just save us a pretty penny. Let's have our say on how our beautiful promenade should look!
There is currently a council consultation on the new floral display on Eastbourne seafront.
